WOW! Your concept sketch was spectacular to begin with, and the modeling is looking good too. However, the stars makes it look like they are being seen through the water instead of being reflected off of it. I can’t wait to see the final result!:thumbsup:

Nice work on the leaves, looks like a lot of work. Right now it seems you will barely be able to see the city. Are you planning to play with the composition a bit later one?

Yeah I am thinking I am gonna workin it being in the leaves and on the base, Like lights in the leaves and stuff, I am defenately gonna see how the city looks on the tree first and then see where we go.

Right now the compo doesn’t look interesting because it is dead center, Maybe it is because you have cut off the tree at the top, you may want to change the camera apeture(may have spell this wrong) to where it is more portrait than landscapish, to help solve the problem, Play with the compo a little more this is looking to be a great image, good luck to ya! I will drp by lata to see what is goinz’ on, holla!:thumbsup:

Your original concept had the tree canopy much smaller than you have it in the model. I think you should scale it down as the proportions looked really good.

Kinda Deveating from the concept I felt it need to to be a bit more lets say full in the backround, But I will try what beelow suggested and make the overall comp taller.

Actually the server doesn’t send notifications on the image upload post:p , so post after you uplaod images. I like how there is more in the scene now. I have to agree with mookid2005 about the leaves draping down so low. Also, being that this image should be within some realms of reality, how about making an explorer discoverying the scene or a small celebration with a light show? Just some silly suggestions. Keep it up.

Alright I must thank all of you for your great advice, it was awesome, I have worked on the texture of the tree, and I think the image looks alot better with the backround blacked out like you said, I left the moon though because I feel it expresses alot more emotion below the treeline. I have also included another image with a longer perspective instead of a wider, Let Me know which one you like. Sorry about how dark the Images I will have some lightened ones tonight :cry:
