Hello everybody
Here is my concept for my first challenge, it’s not really original, a child find something that surprised him, i don’t know what yet, but i’ll found.

Have good challenge.

good luck for your first challenge

#9

i like the loosness of the sketch. good luck!

#10

Lovely sketch.

And it’s in real pencil with real shading… cor blimey!

Looks like a nice, simple idea too.

#11

I do like that sketch, yes indeedy. I like the way his legs are slightly bowed, it exaggerates the surprised position, good on you!

As for a surprise, maybe it could be a nuclear mushroom cloud? So he’s in this nice meadow area with cute flowers around him and devastation in the distance?

#12

Thanks for the observations
At least my concept will be a kind of tribute to the “Iron Giant” Brad Bird’s movie, i know it’s easy but i assume, the robot will be made in 3d, hope it will be ok for the 2d challenge…

#13

The robot, modeling wip and color search…

i really like this… i prefer the more subtle quite image as aopposed to the inyour face action filled variety… this is really good… and robots!! I am doing that too
