NOOB - I m still gonna leave the head there, i doubt she ll be giving birth in the next hour or so :stuck_out_tongue: I ll fix the anatomy later, now have to figure out how to make it all work.

you’ve got a nice and smart idea. :thumbsup:About the spectacular side of pregnancy, it’s when the baby hit the inside of the belly… and when you see some moving bumps on it… woohoohoo !
Just some words about your pic : maybe a closeup where you can see their facail expression. In my opinion, the background is a bit too visible.

Basic line art I ll be working on. All done in PS, spent all day (on and off) on it. Am thinking of having the man as a cyborg, with a robotic arm, all other of his will be human looking. Also will try to pull of soft glow through her belly with the baby’s shadow seen. I think I am satisfied with this one. The woman will be a throughout human though. Ahh tons of work to do, I am actually planning on finishing this one.

Pretty good sketch. Just a couple of things; first, I’d bring the horizon line down. ATM it looks like they’re standing at the bottom of a slope. Also I’d make the figures a bit bigger.

Thanks for the suggestion, I did lower it a bit, and made them a tiny bit bigger, cant do any bigger than that though. Thanks :smiley:

Congratulations for this very poetic project… that changes much of all these spectacular projects but very violent one, and it’s a good thing to seek the spectacular one in the beauty and the true life, cheer :thumbsup: , a very interesting challenge for you. Good continuation.

I finally got some time to do something with my Spectacular painting. Not much though, I ve been playing with the girl’s face. I think I ll do light settings and all in B&W first, then continue with colour.
