The clockwork man, crushing the wooden mask of the woman. Its a whole story. This would be memorable in the future becasue of the rate of menatal progression in AI.

Another update. A couple of hours later… I made it so that you could tell that the ‘Clockwork man’ was holding something (a mask). I think her legs are a little ‘chubby’ as compared to the rest of her… and the bg is changing from the origional concept. Now its looking like it will be a big clock…

I changed the b/g to black. I think it will help pop it all out, while I work on it. The dark to light thing.

the working from dark to light is a good idea… love our clock work man design… he is quite scary in a way… i myself am tring to design a robot. nice stuff so far… i am not sure i like your page size though… it’ a bit like a frame in a comic book rather than a illustration. looks quite closed. perhaps a more tradional layout would work better on the eyes.
