thanky squib
glad you agree
Spectacular 2D Entry: Britta Schulte
You have some nice studies! You have a very classical influenced style, I can’t wait to see what you come up with, holla!![]()
We can read here a real impressive of depth in his broad and astonished eyes. Really very strong, power in the straight of pencil.
I think that if you want to increase his impression of despair, his mouth should be half-opened, like if it to remain to him only one small breath of life, therefore of hope, like if it to try again to take a little of it and maybe, to come back towards his life.
The position of the head very well, is slightly raised, which reinforces the hope-despair relation.
I always find a fantastic work here… this not finished painting is already very beautiful…
…I could with pleasure frame it and hang it to one of my walls, or in one of my niches.

@noob: you somehow influenced me with your flamish style attempt^^.
@beelow: i trie to create some classic style image, i am bored of my fantasy style images these days and somehow the sketches turned out more classical. or maybe its rebecca who so often told em: study the old masters gg
@lemog: you are such a sweetie
this means a lot to me.
but since he is the killer i want him to smirk some more, maybe a little bit more ironic. must think about it^^
I believed that the murderer was the ambiguity reflection of personality and feelings of the person who watching him giving death… well… it’s not easy in english :banghead:
you are right somehow lauront :). it is quite hard for me to explain it properly in english too… well it is hard to explain in german even… quite confusing for all people. i hope to get it straight while painting. the point is, he is the reflection, but not only he is the embodiment of the greed for sensation which i intend to illustrate by the mor skullish and dark side of the face and the side of him that fears death and is in pain.
i know it is confusing… i will have a friend of mine write it down for me who is studying english^^
it’s certainly my fault, with my bad english… remember the gg asking
hahahaha
…and I’m sure it’s not my last miss take :deal:
it’s really looking fantastic.seems like u have found a real good concept here.great lighting and shading sense.keep it up!!!
mhhm this concept is very interesting … i like it
the last death sketch is awesome … its got nice depth … when i saw deaths expression i tought that maybe he didnt really want to do his job in the beginning , but as he had to do it, he became a bit mad with time … ermm yeah
mach nur weiter so ^^
@lauront: doenst matter
just ask and i will answer if i can gg.
@CG-AvangarD: your support is really appreciated
thank you for your kind words
@Vahn: hehe, good thought, maybe he really got mad because of something like this, thank you for sharing these. i will think over it for sure
bei dem zuspruch muss ich ja auch weitermachen, hoffentlich bekomme ich alles so hin wie ich das will^^.
@pushav: badbuy? yeah i think you could call him that, if you think people who kill for lust and sensation^^
some quick thoughts on the setup.
not too satisfied with this, but it gives a rough insite on what i am planning to do. i came to the conclusion that the ideo to see it through the eyes of the watcher/victim isnt goint to be a good one. these black thingies are supposed to be hands gg and the black and white lines are supposed to be some sorts of spiderweb or such.
That’s one interesting concept you have here and some cool sketches and studies too, some pretty disturbing I must say hehe.
Keeping an eye out to see how you’re gonna develope this concept, good luck!
wow!! thats amasing! i love your sketches, and yust as u said it ours are totaly different!
