Smooth / Hard edges control (& your Spaceship demo model)


As I understand from a question I’ve asked on this forum and more recently, a question I asked Nevercenter via email - currently there is no way to control or specify the hardness or softness of edges or smoothing groups.

So, Nevercenter, can you say how the smoothing achieved on the spaceship that you use in your recent demos? Are they controlled by baked normals? (Are there any smooth edges at all?)
