Skin texture type "vogue"

Hi all. I posted this thread in another section and tell me that here can help me anyone. Im digital artist of digital photo retouch. I need to know if there are someone technique to texturing photo 2D in photoshop (type “vogue”). I want to make perfectly skins for beauty (pores, uniform skin…etc) . It´s possible to textured 2D images in photoshop with perfectly skins? If anyone can help me…thanks!

Another layer of Gaussian Blur at low opacity. Stamping. Healing. Going beyond that would just make things look fake.

well the gaussian blur can be found under filters in photoshop, clone stamping is pretty easy to find tutorials for, basically your just moving one clear art of the skin over. Healing tool is kinda similar but it color adjusts and matches shading/light/texture etc.

Not too sure about any tutorial locations tho, but I would just mess around with some practice pics!
