Hey Richa

Oh and congratz on your OFDW piece! She turned out really “horrible”, which obviously was the intention

Great stuff!

#129

#130

Thanks Albert

New beginnings and changes occupied my time…Posting after long here :frowning: But can nvr live without art…so the things which kept me occupied were my new sculpting(clay modeling) classes and here is what i am upto :

#131

Please ignore the mess on table :arteest:  :scream:

#132

Riiiiicha! Hey you. Hows things? Love the most recent master copy, the snakes look really wet which is awesome. The values in the face are making it appear a little flat but otherwise this piece is amazing.

The clay, hmm, no idea what to tell you ; ) Keep up the great work.

#133

looks like a very good progress with the clay (considering your relief is the last, and the eye goes before it…kind of straight way of thinking). I like the relief the most, looks very neat. I wish I also had time to increase my practice with clay too…I don’t even know where to get it in this city, or what brands are like in India  (not bothered to look for it either, since I don’t have time, as I said  ).

#134

Hey Richa! Great to see you sculpting!… It will make a lot of difference to your digital modeling.

#135

looks like a lot of fun
we want more! we want more!
:scream:

#136

sheesh! I’ve been thinking of getting my hands dirty with clay for some time now… you just spark my interest in the subject even more  Great stuff so far!

#137

Heya Richa,

Boy does that look fun!

If I might offer a bit of a crit, it seems like with the foot in particular you are attempting to stylize a bit, which is having the effect of making the foot look a bit cartoony. I would try to make it as realistic as possible and not stylize - I think you will get the most out of the exercise that way. But really looking forward to seeing you take these further - looks like a ton of fun!
