Thomasphoenix:)I did follow ur recommendation:wise:Spiritdreamer has amazing talent of painting and guiding abt his wrkflow!..
Herez further work on the same head035 esp in drapery…

Awesome progress Richa-doll : )
Try and stay away from 100% black in your shadows until the very end. Right now it flattens out the form quite a bit. Always start with the soft shadows and use the heavy black for “hard” cast shadows. The same came be said for the highlights. Believe me I am not an expert this is just something that has really hit home for me recently. Look at zhu-zhu’s work and you will see that 90% of the value range are just slight variations of the midtone. The highlights and shadows are added only to make the form “pop”
Keep up the great work!
Apologies for being absent for long…
Been busy in student’s project…
A very useful post thr as alwaz Shay…keep postin!..
Herez a quick update on anodr head06

:DDoing one torso daily ain’t gona cmplete my target…Gotta speed up…
Here are first 3:

Tryin diff brushes for each…
Well hard round Airbrush with low opacity works best:)
Excellent start Richa! If I were Rebecca, I would say to watch the proportions before worrying about the shading. Really try and nail the structure, then when you feel more comfortable with the muscles, connections and opposing curves then move on.
Shay:scream:waiting for your art:bounce: on Anatomy Lesson Series!..
Herez the progress:
