Sketchbook Thread of Andy E
A bit of character design for ya. Looks awfull though as my old scanner really cant handle pencil.

Oh snap! It’s AOAH!
Hey, it’s great to see your thread finally up! Feel free to post your traditional figurative work here as well ~ this will definitely be a thread to watch. Also, roust the Rollinson back onto the forum, it’s about time he stopped slacking.
(Just kidding, of course!)
So, AOAH, tell us about yourself. What are your hobbies, passions, interests? Do you waterski? What is your favorite color and why? Is painting dead?
In seriousness, I love the mix of traditional and digital you are doing. Rock on!
Cheers,
~Rebeccak
Damn that character sketch is bad ass. So cool. The heads are very nice as well but not demented enough : p
I have to agree with se7en-z3r0 - that character is just awesome!!!
But I especially love the grungy textures in your paintings :bounce:
Yo bloke,
Totally digging your heads >>> you are really getting a feel to them… ![]()
That character is cool too but is he part of a set, or just a result of those magic vegtables that grow on the heathland near your home?

Just kidding, just kidding… LOL.
See you at drawing class on Tuesday night mate >>> you can stab me with your mechanical pencil for that last comment then. :D:D
MIKE
ssshh… He lives in a shed at the bottom of my garden; He does have some buddies but they’re all low res and dont get out much>

Rebeccak> favourite colour at the mo is Burgundy, for the rest my autobiography’s in the post:thumbsup:
se7en-z3r0> thanks, I’m rather good at demented, will post more.
Intervain> cheers, I’m enjoying making images within the two mediums at the mo (digital and traditional) I thinks theres loads to explore and discover yet as photoshop is so powerful.

bit of life drawing, fairly ugly but quite accurate. beginning with head, rather than the pelvis which I usually do. Seemed to work for me accuracy wise.
