That Coolermaster Stacker just rocks (as well as his interiors).
How old is the Sun blade?

#604

@evanfotis
Respect that you recognized the Coolermaster. Yes indeed, it rocks.
Concerning the Sun Blade, it is quite old (~5 years or so). I bought it while I was at the university just because it was a special deal between Sun and my university and I thought it is cool to have a Sun workstation. Well, I hardly use it nowadays…

Nice setup there. Very simple yet effective. Probably the cleanest desk shown yet. And that monitor is a beast!:buttrock:

#607

I feel very primitive…

http://silver-essence.net/images/2005/Computer%20Desk.jpg

Dell Dimension DIM4400
Pentium 4 CPU 1.70 Ghz, 256 MB RAM
Wacom 4x5in Graphire3 tablet
Dell AIO Printer/Scanner A920

My original monitor broke… I have no idea what the current one is. An SVGA Wal-mart monitor or something. I believe it’s 17in… :stuck_out_tongue:

#608

Thanks! I try to be a minamilist. I will post a pick of how I route my wires and my actual case when I get home (at work). I didn’t take a picture of the mouse cause I used my webcam, and had my wireless laser mouse in my lap. The monitor is quite a beast!!

My life on a desk. Pales in comparisson to some of the awesome stuff on here, but lCDs look sweet in triplicate.

The machine on the left is an Acer TM800Lci upgraded to 512mb ram.

The other system:
AMD XP 2000+ w/ 1gb DDR400
640gb of drives for dv
The middle monitor is a 19 inch BenQ FP931
The monitor on the right is a PI500 tablet LCD.

#611

yeah… i like to consider my workstation as quite unique,
it takes time load sometimes, but other than that im pretty chuffed with it…

#612

I have that same monitor. It only takes 30 min to warm up.

#613

zx spectrum, my first computer,
I was going to say something witty about computer geeks
but I think i’ll just have a little cry and gently rock myself to sleep.

#614

I love the minimalist look.

Edit- Oops! Looks like I resurrected a very old thread. I am planning to convert my whole living room to a home/studio so was looking for inspiration…

#615
