Should set bone rotation of bind pose to (0,0,0)?


Is it best practice to set all bones’s rotation to (0,0,0) at init bind pose, I know many commonly used skeleton dont,like 3ds max biped,but in my opinion it’s easier for animation to zero out bind pose rotation,am I right?Do most game engines rquire zero bone rotation bind pose?
I’m planning to make some models for sell,and not sure what kind of skeleton to use,any advice is appreciated.
