Im thinking parent in place for those extra arms in mid section. Parent to arm bones but in place to have same movement. That might be possible. What do you think SD, Colkai?:lightbulb

modelling with Cinema4D, and i agree with what you say, the small arm movement should always match the big arm movement, its the way the suit works.

difficult model to finish, glad you like it.

Alas my friend, I had indeed gone, I was posting from my day-job (naughty boy that I am :wink: ).

I had a similar problem actually, wasn’t parenting but lack of wieght map on a couple of points so they were not actually assigned to any bone as each bone was using a weight map - so that’s another to look out for!

Hope to be back into MB this week, once I face up to work :frowning:

sllink- Yeah PnP sounds right, but I have a hard enough time doing 2 arms 2 legs characters in MB never mind anything fancy…lol
…wonder how the size differential would effect any PnP setup. I think we have our work cut out for us on this one.

If I may suggest it…We should could finish the current SideMission animation ie: cockpit scenes etc. Then “maybe” do a rig for the Guges.

I will try to keep going on the Single panel render for Mission#2 …till Dodo3D gets the Giant mech to Jayreef…and maybe he can finish it for one of the other panels.

Colkai- Weight maps? I never made any, so if there were any at all there should only be one.
Anyway…I did figure it out to be parenting…Next model I loaded in had the same problem and the reparent didn’t fix it the 1st time but then I reloaded and tried again…then it worked…STRANGE huh?..Also have to delete the eye bones…sniker cause they really mess the head up…eye bones…lol…:smiley:
