re the trolley pull setup- :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
Shirow Project Book#3 Side-Mission
Hi SD and Colkai, fixed everything. All the elements of the trolley are plotted. For some reason in simple parent/child relationships the child wouldn’t plot. So I changed them all to parent/child constraints. That worked. It hasn’t actually been an issue before, so I’ve learnt something new. Sorry for the inconvenience. Oh, the file is in the ftp.
Thanks, I finally got it working after retrofitting a new hierarchy in Layout cause there was no LW scene to match the MB FBX. :hmm:
I learned a few things too.
Hiya, i ve been making some photo’s last couple of days to try and make some nice details on the rooftop scene. But because we are nominated for a price with a project of some friends and me, I have been very busy making posters and preparing for a big convention. So the rooftop scene will advance after this week.GreeTz Rik
Between work being busy, a friend dying and someone crashing into my car, i’ve not had much time for 3d the last few weeks. Getting back on track now so should be able to get some done next week.
Hiya DarkLight, no need to rush back, take your time. “Real” life takes priority. I hope you are ok.
Darklight-Had some sideliners myself (not as extreme as yours) …I hope to crank it up again next week too. :wip:
a friend dying
Steve, friend, I feel for you. My father (one of two) just died of cnacer two weeks ago. Truely makes life suck having to go through that. Yet my greatest dream is to dye just like he did. He want that Tuesday to be his last day, he had his entire family there with him, and he died happy, EXTREMELY happy.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your friend. If you need to talk or need anything you know how to get ahold of me, so please do!
I think I can speak for the team in sending our sympathies out to both of you…Like Colkai once said “big C” has touched almost all of us in one way or another.
Now…forgive me, but gotta lighten it up a bit in here. :lightbulb
You aren’t allowed to die once you join shirowproject. :wip:
Thanks guys,
I’m fine here just been a very busy couple of weeks. Everything seems to come at once.
Thanks, I know how you feel. My mother died of cancer 12 years ago at the age of 44. It’s never an easy thing to have to go through.
I know we made a commitment, didn’t know it was that big a commitment

Props.
Uploading as i type (Or as I typed…:))
I’m off to not finish the CGChallange as usual. Cya.
keep your eyes open for something cool in the next bit.
Oh, and I never answered an earlier question.
