Don’t sweat it Jayreef, were just getting the ocasional modder or MOD team seeing our stuff and wanting to get our team to work with them on a game they have in mind. It’s not the time for us right now, but maybe later and after we see what actually happens with HL2.

Only 2 mill. I was caught up in the Oscars I missed the improvement! LOL!

The animation is looking good. One comment though, you don’t want the controllers hand to really flex above a point where its inline with the forearm. Maybe one or two degress but thats it. Make the finger do more of the flexing motion. That will take care of alot of the problems you maybe seeing. Overall the progress is great and its looking really good.

No fear hear. The second half of my life motto which one of my divers or cyclists from my coaching days added is ‘At maximum intensity’. I argued that since it was not part of the Rush song I could be lazy, they proved I can’t. I like the pressure, kinda like the nuclear furnace at a stars core. It needs the pressure to keep running else the reaction dies out.

Ok,
Here’s the station wagon.
I’m working on the premise that this will be textured to look better. I am going to refine this for a close-up version with ‘proper’ headlights etc…
Got to work through a tutorial first to get the basics under my belt, but shouldn’t be too difficult (he says ).

The ZIP file of the object is on the FTP area (statwagon1.zip). It does have an initial test of the bonnet & wing in the file but it is not visible in layout.

Maestro- We haven’t doen any characters yet other than the ESWAT trooper and the chopper pilot.

I hear ya. The first couple trips into the animating world is cursed with one heck of a steep learning curve. Then suddenly it all snaps and it becomes a natural flow, just like writing a sentence. Personally I think you are doing one heck of a good job.
I personally have been sidetracked all day doing that work thing. And haven’t had time to do anything yet today and I’ll be $10 my dad comes down wanting to go do something. My mom flew out to Arizona to see her mom so me thinks my nights are about to be stolen this week. Just a fair warning to one and all that I have not vanished even if it seems that way this week.

Good eye aurora, I incorporated those tweeks you suggested makes a big difference. Made some others as well. This next upload is definately better than the last. Im starting to pick out some small things that should be easy to fix. (i.e. arm through arm rest during sit down)
