ye fracture is amazing when it comes to shard generation. Especially when shattering multiple (and i mean like several dozen) objects at the same time.
In time Fracture will have better support for multi-threaded shard generation (and re-generation via secondary fracturing). We have researched GPU acceleration but we are small development team so it may take some time for Fracture to get there.
I wonder if you could expand your team, and develop faster, if you say, I don’t know… maybe had your plugin for sale? haha 
… Just joking of course, it’s your plugin, do what you want with it, maybe it never will be for sale, although that would be a shame.

LOLl!! Yeah that would be a bit frustrating. Well you guys are doing a great job so far so keep it up!
Of course I don’t want to sound like I am picking on anyone if their English is weak. We deal with people from all over the world who don’t have strong English but it doesn’t stop them from making a sincere attempt to explain themselves and provide screen shots and test videos.
I posted that reply to demonstrate to people the kind of request that will not get a response from us. So if anyone is reading this thread and are interested in Fracture please read over our guidelines for tester applications that are found here http://www.fracture-fx.com/Fracture_testers.
It only takes a few sentences to satisfy our requirements, but of course the more you want to tell us the better. We find that true dedication to CG and FX can overcome most language barriers.
I completed the request form earlier today and it took less than an hour for you guys to get back to me! I was really surprised. Thank you!

just put your destructor folder (images,dest_DESTROY.mel,dest_OPERATE.mel,destructor.mel)
in that path
C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\maya\2009\scripts\seths\
then load script(destructor.mel) in your script editor on mel tab then run its
working....cheers!:)
Im running what I think is the latest build of the voronoi script which was posted in page 15 or so under the name of “dg_voro_py_shUI.zip” (see image below)

I found this video on vimeo http://www.vimeo.com/3399172 which is about a year old and i noticed that the guy on the video has some extra scripts to create the emitter of the correct size depending on your geo and another one to delete all the locators that are placed outside the geo that will be shattered… I was wondering if these where available for download as well as this would be extremely helpful! Did he ever release them?

I cant seem to run it. I downloaded it from creative crash and copied it over to the scripts folder. In maya I open the script editor and load script, then execute it but nothing happens, what am i doing wrong?

I’ll implement that functionality into this script. I am also going to implement a Max Shards field so if you only want 10 chunks, you’ll only get 10 chunks…

i did… i just realized it wouldnt run because you gave it a couple indents that wouldnt let it run.
import as_polyFracture as pf
pf.pub_polyVoronoi()
instead i changed that to
import as_polyFracture as pf
pf.pub_polyVoronoi()
and it worked…
But know i get this error on the 4th stage:
what does it mean? Im using a simple pcube

you are using Maya 2009, right ? seems that only the version of python from Maya 2010 know what math.isnotanumber is.
