shake help

is there anything out there that i can use to practice shake? online tutorials etc?

look at the sticky thread at the top of the channel for free web based tutorials.

there are a number of learning resources out there inlcuding dedicated online training and DVD’s. Apple have a series of dedicated Pro training book which is really useful as well.

check the lists.
