Shadows Problem

hello guys im having a problem using forest pack pro (v4.3.6), this never happened before, i already used forest pack and it was all good but now something strange is happening any clue how to solve it? i already tried to delete and create a new forest object, switch the objects etc but nothing works, thanks in advance
