yeah~ i’m sure i’ve seen that,bengal’s stuff,very nice used of colors~i got the inspiration for the ibuki piece from my capcom artbook,the samurai girl has a lineart,posted it in the anatomy forum,yes i was trying out aleksi’s technique but its not even close.:scream:thanks

aleksi spiced up the background using artrage,i’ve tried using the program but its prety hard to control the brush strokes,besides there’s no layers to play with.

and as concerns artrage: check out artrage2! It has been pumped up with new features (inlcuding layers in the registered version - but also things like freely rotating canvas in the free version)…

Waoh…3 hours each for the above 2 action figures. this is something i can’t neva getting closer to!

I like the princess monoke. Only the Giant Wolf head & front legs needs vary contrast to see the legs is behind the head. Overall the mood is der!
Btw, i remembered ur previous Princess monoke avatar. It seems Cool too. Won’t mind to upload here to share?!

Mike, ever think of drawing a short Graphic novel?
Ur drawing skill can bring alive the characters… think bout this. Maybe u can earn ur lifetime first golden bowl soon.

Your stuff is pretty awesome man. The horse rider is tight for sure. and I’m really liking that Mononoke Piece. Can’t wait to see it finished.
