Several Questions

Several questions regarding Wings…

-What extension do I export a Wings mesh as, so I can open it in Bryce?

-How exactly do I go about opening the mesh and then rendering it in Bryce?

-How long haev you guys been at it, and do you have websites/links of your stuff? So I can see what I should strive for

Bryce format… Never used it, but if you go to the import dialogue in bryce you should be able to see what formats it accepts… then compare to the wings3d export dialogue.

Again, open bryce, click file, click import perhaps… if all else fails, read the manual and/or help files for bryce.

I’ve been at it for awhile, but I’ve got so much going on, I haven’t progressed as much as I’d like. I use Wings, SI|XSI and I just bought Maya 5 Acad. My website is down, and I probably won’t get around to putting it back up again until the end of this quarter. Keep at it though… Welcome to Wings3d, post some WIP’s when you are ready.

For import into Bryce and most other renderers .obj and .3ds are your best bets, personally I prefer .obj! - Baz
