TMSGames is looking for talented seasoned video game professionals for our next generation high-profile MMO game titles. We are searching for individuals who are well organized with outstanding communication skills and a proven experience in project management.
Key Requirements:
- Manage budgets and profit and loss performance goals of the product.
- Responsible for making a quality game including art, code, design, and production pipelines
- Work with Senior Team (Executive Producer, Senior Engineers, Art Directors, Senior Designers) to define and create schedules / milestone deliverables for project ensuring completion deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries as set by project milestones.
- Able to manage production teams throughout development of project.
- Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with inside and outside resources & contacts.
- Ensure effective distribution and promotion of the game title with publisher(s) / distributor(s).
- Ability to handle project staffing and recruitment issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience as a producer / project management lead.
- Prior MMO Game Development Experience or must have shipped one AAA title in a producer role.
- Avid MMO player
- Passion for MMO game market.
