sendAndLoad()

i need a tutorial regarding how to send vars with with sendAndLoad() with POST method to a php script that write something in a mysql database?.It I’ll use loadVariable stuff , I can’t use $_POST[].
And alsa , did anyone knows a way to protect swf from decompiling ?
