Semi-official launch of a Wings3D site - come see :)

#1

Hi all, first time poster, long time reader. I’ve made a small Wings3D site that I’d like you all to visit and give an opinion on. It’s still relatively unfinished (the interface section is only half done and the downloads and links are not up yet), but there’s a tut on Wings UVmapping that I’d like you all to look at and let me know if I screwed up on anything that was explained.

so waste 3 minutes of your life, give it a visit. as well, if you have a wings site, please leave the link here and i’ll be happy to add it to the links section. cheers

If you’d like the non-popup version you can always visit freewriters.ca/wings3d.

thanks again

BOOKMARKED

That’s shaping up to be a nice site!
It’s always nice to see people helping the wings community.

Thanks!

…use Firefox. Nice site.

Nice work, I really like the interface descriptions, and the different workings of project/unfold in autouv.

#5

Nice site, but I can’t get to it any longer.

#6

oh, no, it still works. if not, freewriters.ca has 100% uptime

wow… thats incredible man. That is definatly the site for all new users of wings.

Will you be going more in depth with all the extra options? magnet, vm, connect, radial, etc?

I can tell you have put alot of work into this, and it shows. Fanatastic job. This should definatly be linked to from the main wings site.

thanks for that

yeah, i should be, there will be a tut on advanced menus similar to the interface part once I re-install everything (had a small problem with the PC, it went poof).
