redCigarette,
Thanks for the comments
Staszek,
Thanks for the feedback, the only reason I didn’t give them guns is because I wanted it to be a chase not a gun fight. I didn’t want people to be saying “why dont they just shoot him?” I thought the action would be better that if the guards have to keep up with him in order to catch him.
Really nice work. It is an excellent set up shot because you can see the story of what happened just moments before but leaving it for the imagination to fill in. Love the police lights, really gives it a sense of suspense. Can’t wait to see the final animation.
Ian.
Hello
looks very promising so far. The atmosphere is really sensible, the animations looks very good and smooth.
I just think, textures are a bit plain and lifeless, maybe because there is nearly no specularity on them, for example the lamps or the case.
so long
Great animation. Keep it up Richard, can’t wait to see it all flow together.
Best regards, Varun
I think this entry is looking really awesome so far! Love the clean look of the renders, and the animation is great!

Thats really looking good so far. How much more do you have to get done?
I have lots to do, I have about 3 or 4 more scenes to go. I am going to have a fight sequence on the rooftop, so that will take a while to animate. I think when it’s all done the entire short will be around 45 seconds. short n sweet.
yes please more shots
.
Thats looking great man, In the opening of the sequence , a dirt layer is tiling on screen right on the wall , just something i noticed ,everything else looks great surfacing wise
, really nice level of weathering , not overdistracing at all. also wondering at 0:05 if he should extend his back and shoulders a bit further towards the stairs , he seemed a bit far away from the 5th stair he eventually steps on to. You can swear at me if i am not making any sense.
JD
Hey Richard,
