Secret Agent Entry: Justin Gieselbach
These are my location ideas, i would like to create a not too serious mood… but who knows where it’ll lead to…
So far these are the character traits i’d like to use… please tell me what you guys think! I’m running behind and still need to come up with a concept as a whole.
Character ideas; you have several there that are great…Doesn’t matter who’s the main, though I admit I like the stylized version of the comic-style character the most. For me there’s more of a visual interest in that direction than ‘realism’ in most renders.
The setting has so much potential and ways to go, in my humble opinion I’m excited to see where you are going to go with this. The nuclear stacks are a great touch with the added artwork on them!
Thanks!!! This is VERY new to me an im hoping to get some experience and fun out this comp… Will take your advice and work on that!!!
Never a problem!
This is my first challenge as well, so I’m doing the learning thing as I go too!
Here’s a few questions…
Is this a post-war setting? Is it set in the future, or more of a ‘now’ time-frame?
…okay, that’s a couple-but I’m excited to see how this goes!
Ah well gud luck!
At the moment i’m looking at a current time frame, using the issues that are raised around locations/sqautter camps in South Africa, like zenephobia and crime syndicates. By the beginning of next week i should have a whole concept going!
Hmmm… you should probably try watching “Live and Let Die” and “American Gangster”.
Those might help with the direction you are taking. But Roger Moore isn’t for everyone.
Also look up “Blood Diamond”. I always thought that style would be good for an African Spy Film type.
Good luck!

Blood Diamond was a great movie!! See if i can get my hands on a copy and get some ideas flowing… Thanks for that!
First draft, my overall idea is still lingering around in my sub-conscious but sure it’ll come out soon enough…
