I made some quick changes to my superhero basemesh to get the proportions I wanted on the body. Then the cloths was created from the basemesh using extrude and topology in zbrush. Lightningtest made in Modo

Good face and hands.
Ear looks a bit too big, but it can be I think. I’d advise to work much more over the folds, especially on arms, on the forearms folds are wrong and don’t look natural, I think it’s easy to find bunch of photos of this kind of a dress in similiar pose and define shapes clearly.
Don’t be hurt or anything, the thing is that people too often don’t pay enough attention to the folds, and I think, this is the crucial piece. I’m that harsh here, because your anatomy and concept are good, but folds are missing. And folds are the thing that so easily distinguish high-quality work in 2d or 3d apart from anatomy and other stuff of course.
Overall looks very promising. Keep it up

Really nice work so far! I do agree with all of germanger’s points above, especially the ear, but that doesn’t stop this from being really nice. How does it fit into the theme? What’s your plan for the rest of the scene? Do you have a layout in mind, or anything else to share? Good luck!

I will tweak the diffuse when the final mesh is done. This was just for shader setup. The forehead and ears looks weird and allot of minor things have to be fixed as well.

germanager: I will work more on the folds when I got the time for it, at the moment its just a quick “placeholder sketch mesh”
old= big nose/ears. The ears will shrink a bit though cause he is not as old as I first intended and it’s a WIP
walrus: I am afraid this is as boring as it gets. The Priest is the secret agent. Why he stands in front of a church is up to your imagination He will not flash a gun or something similar. I am just trying to wrap this up as soon as possible. So I keep it simple

Looks amazing! Great work so far. You could have the Bible open in his hands… He doesn’t have to be pulling a gun from it, but maybe something else. :applause: Keep it coming!

great model so far!! I would suggest adding more reds to the skin texture…but the hair texture looks right on:buttrock:
btw i really like the secret feel of the agent :wise:just a suggestion if you can make the ear gadget more fancy or add some small gadget around to give him more of that agent look?!

The agent has recently been recruited to the CIA after attending a game show on television called American Gladiator at an age of 55. As a former school teacher he is well educated and speaks many languages and is now stationed in Italy where his objective is to get close to the Mafia and influence them to send a food basket to Silvio Berlusconi laced with laxative as a result of an ongoing prank war between Obama and Berlusconi. The agent has successfully got rid of there former bishop by publishing in a local newspaper, compromising photos with the bishop and a price awarded chiwawa that he manufactured in Photoshop. He is now waiting for his christian herd to arrive so he can start to manipulate the housewifes and children to the mob.
