Hi,
You have a good base to work on.
The things i see:
fences
-should have a texture showing the pass of time outdoors.
-should have some beveled edges and irregularities in the model
-the planks should not be identical (like 3d duplicated). You can make at least 5, and duplicate them randomly. Mostly the near to the camera ones.
-planks should not be perfectly aligned and vertical, give them some “personality”.
ground
Is too saturated, and is too obvious that is a jpg just projected in a 3d plane. You need to either use bump, displacement or sculpting the surface to match the forms suggested by light in the jpg. or a combination of two of those or even the three.
windmills
they are looking like 3d models, not like real windmills. they need textures, maps for the color and reflections, surface inperfections…in general they just need some variety and details and signs of pass of time out there.
Render
-Looks to me that the shadows are not conscistent with one source of light (sun)
-Light and shadows are too intense for what seems to be a peacefull afternoon
sky/clouds
-are not integrating well with the rest of the image, you may want to try with different skies.
composition
Generaly speaking, is like you have a base scene that is ok, but that now needs to go for some refining passes until it looks fine.
