Screen Glow?

This scene is all done by the lighting is off. Any tips to make a screen glow effects from the front view?

Are you talking about getting the blue grid screen to glow??

Create a solid layer, apply a Grid filter and add a glow. Track it on the screen.

Or just add an adjustment layer, add a glow effect and mask the layer to that screen.

Yeah I think the easiest way to do it would be to track it, then create a solid and apply the grid effect. Add a glow and various blending modes and such if you want.

Effect>generate>grid

One cool thing I have done using grids is duplicating the grid and adding a fractal noise over it. Then you can add or overlay that and add a starglow. It really makes a more organic look.
