Hey man i’ve been looking through your threads really love your work, your use of texture and lighting is really effective, even when used to the minimum. I just love looking at each pic wondering what exactly it is i’m seeing, and i guess that’s art, 50% the artist, 50% the viewer (making them work to understand what it is). very inspiring. good luck with the Atlantis contest

wow! how do you come up with these ideas? are you working on a project or something? i love the angle of the last sketch.

thanks, nope its not a project.

I try to create my images with forced perspectives, and composing objects in them so it fills out spaces. Some times i get inspirrered by movies, the angles used in them, the whole feeeling of a composed storytelling image. I find a front shot is abit dull at times so hence i try twisting the perspective.

Simply amazing work. The use of shapes and colors are amazing.

Do you have any tutorials available???

#87

I’m always without words viewing your pics.

This one is getting dangerously close to Sparth territory, SR. I love it. Not to sure about the propeller at the front, but at least that stops it from looking like a Star Wars design.

Do you use a lot of color burn/ dodge strokes? I can’t figure out how you get such contrasty marks! It does make your pieces very distinctive.

#96

thanks guys!

Spex84: yep i use it both dodge and burn…bad tools to use but for a speedpatinting it works very well.

I never thought it to be possible, but it seems your work just keeps getting better! You have a very unique style and are an inspiration.

Can I ask if you found a job? Or are you still doing freelance work?
