The lighting in your works are always, always so dramatic! Is there a method to achieve such lighting scheme? (If there is…can you show me, please?) Even at the sketching stage it’s full of textures and contrast! Love the last one you just did

#183

kelandra: thx, try defining a clear light direction, use highlights on the objects on which it colides with

2-3h station…brrrrr cold

#184

Levi, I really feel so inspired with what you and some of the other speedsters create. Great stuff.

the softer contrast is working pretty well, I think the realism is going up steadily. Good work!

What can I say you do great work. Very inspiring, Im trying to figure out how you do it like everyone here.

Im wondering about texture, for example that last pic, the texture in the road and closest building, how do you do that, is it another pic overlayed, or is it a brush or what, Im really trying to figure this out.

Hey mate, still looking great.

See look what happens, right after i suggested you do a speed painting DVD, guess what gnomon brings out! tut tut tut. (which i’ve ordered ) I’m not sure what your future plans are but you can’t keep on posting these up forever, you need to make a book or something, and especially a DVD! i’d be first in the qeue, you really are great at what you do and every painting seems completely original and inspiring. i’d just love to see it go somewhere, Take it to the next level!!

#193

everlite:hehe i can so ! , the thing is i am not ready to make a dvd just yet, there are some things i am still not contended with and i wish to practice.I promise it will go to a higher level but it will take some time my friend

fersteger: cool thanx, its texturebrushes

JM: yeah thanks
