Background: Sabine grew up with her foster parents in the slums. The area was shrouded in a dull grey misty fog throughout the four seasons. Gang fighting’s and shootings often happened within close range of Sabine’s inconspicuous house. Despite the uncanny living circumstances, her parents were the typical loving and caring parents towards Sabine no matter how harsh their lifestyle was.
They had long grown accustomed to the loud deafening shots and cries heard from outside their house. Before they got Sabine, they were from the middle-class society. However, they were befallen by the signs of cancer in her mother’s lungs leading to expending money on medical checkups, treatments, and surgery. The cancer was curable, but at the expense of their life savings.
At the age of 7, things began to feel repetitive in Sabine’s life. Her mother always told her to stay inside whenever the shootings began, which only happened to occur everyday. There wasn’t much to do as a child from the slums, maybe some hands-on masterpiece mud sculpturing and prodding six or eight-legged crawlies would entertain her mind for a maximum of 5-10 minutes. What Sabine truly wanted was to find out the source of the loud banging since her mother never told her in detail what happens outside.
To her discovery, she found a bloodbath of men drowning among themselves and ruptured walls filled with punctured holes everywhere. Amazed more than frightened, the deep crimson red seeping into the pavement was mesmerizing. She knew that such a color could only be produced by a weapon inflicting on bodies and that didn’t falter her thoughts.
She felt that this encounter was fate, it made her realize how dead she was compared to the flustered men. From then on when silence came, she snuck out to collect gadgets and scraps from the remains of still bodies. Eventually she came upon a handgun which keenly struck an interest in her as she studied the structure.
By 10, Sabine was well aware that she could not stay in the slums much longer. There were a vast majority of things scripted in her mind that she wished to achieve but she didn’t want to leave her parents without a legitimate reason. Concurrently, her parents felt that she was old enough to know about her actual background. Sabine felt no shock to the news, she knew that she was different from her parents and that they treated her too well for her own good.
Sabine came from a wealthy family. Her real mother was married to a prestigious business man who she later found him having an affair with a prostitute. Enraged she tried to degrade his status by sleeping with another man resulting with the birth of a daughter that was not his. The husband knew of her shortcoming revenge and threw the baby away before the news reached any ears. The mother eventually found her baby through many demands of searching but decided to give the baby away to someone more caring before anymore harm was done to the child. Thus, how Sabine came to her foster parents at the age of one.
No matter, Sabine didn’t care much for the history of how she was born. What caught her attention was the “wealth” her family had. Had she had such wealth from the beginning, no, it was hers in the first place, she would not had to go through the dragging days of boredom and self-pity in the slums. Anger flushed her face, she told her foster parents that she would like to visit her former family, just once.
She needs money. Really bad. Sabine was 12 and sets off to find her wealthy parents. An address was given to her by her foster parents which sets her on the course. She entered through the front gate, not so welcomed, she takes out the Handgun she found before with few years of training and fires away. Happily storming into her home, she blackmailed them into supplying her with money when she needed it. That was the first and last time she visited her family.
Within the next eight years, Sabine has been indulging herself in her work and martial arts training which made her very dangerous and strong fighter while receiving money yearly from her wealthy parents. She also recently started working in the underworld as weapon supplier, however, as a newcomer she was dissed by many. This kind of work is very dangerous and made her get into a lot of deals and troubles with many dangerous gangs, but she is strong and skilled enough to face any threat.
