Rotation inertia problem

Hello,

can someone help me solving this problem:

i use inertia on rotation,
when angle reaches Pi, it continues to -Pi, logic.

so, when i use inertia, when angle changes sign, speed is suddelny fast!

how can i do ?

It’s the Flash system of angles that is stuffing you around. Flash uses an awkward coordinate system. As it gets to 360 it does its calculation and you get -360 which unfortunately makes it skip around to that point in the opposite direction. Can you make the code available please, so I can see it. I am not that good at maths or actionscript yet so I would really like to see how it actually works.

You should be able to find the solution on some tutorial websites like www.flashkit.com
