rla file format

Hi,

Anyone got or have a link to source code for writing out an rla image file?

I don’t have alot of time to write one myself, and it doesn’t look completely straight forward.

Could try the GraphicEx image loaded (http://www.lischke-online.de/Graphics.php) as this seems to do the job!!

hmmm, being lazy I was looking for something in C or C++.
