rigomatic - hands and leg doesn't work

Hi!
I tried to use rigomatic for my model, but it’s not working out completely. It is interesting that the body and head can be controlled by the rigomatic controller (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1595696/body_success.jpg), but not the hands and legs (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1595696/hand_fail.jpg). I already tried to rig it all over again so many times and it still doesn’t work out. Can somebody helps me with this issue? Thank you so much!!!
