Rigging + Weighting model problem.

So, I have this battlefield 3 3D Models, those we’re not rigged.
I made an animation in ‘Endorphin’ program, then I imported the animation in C4D, and rigged it to model, unfortunetly when I moved an arm or something, the whole model we’re streching, so I removed the points where it streched with “Weight tool”, but when I remove these points, they just detach from model, and when animation goes, those parts just stay in the middle of field, how can I attach em again to model?
