Rigging reel Critiques

I just finished my 2017 reel.

Hey mate, that reel shows quite a lot of different disciplines. And it looks as if you know a fair deal of each. Thats good.

Some critiques:
The whole maya rigging part at the beginning seems to be really old footage and doesnt look very good for todays standards (im just talking about video quality and presentation). Try updating your rigging section of the reel with more up-to-date videos. And maybe a better presentation of the rig itself with more emphasis on the deformation.

Then the thing is, what is this reel going to be used for? If you apply as a rigger, then 2 thirds of your reel are almost redundant. Try to tailor the reel more towards what you actually want to apply for.
The RnD section of your reel is the most impressive, maybe make separate reels for each of those disciplines.
