Rigging problem with foot

Hey there, I have a problem and it’s seriously bothering me. I’ve rebuilt the lower joints several times (properly) and i still get this problem (see screenshot)

Both feet are rotated roughly 90 degrees, the left one is working and the other isn’t. Do you happen to know the issue?
