Notice the movement of Hiccup’s shoulder armor at time period 0:45 to 1:25 in following YouTube clip: How To Train Your Dragon 2: Hiccup and Astrid Scene
Hiccup has two levels of shoulder armor that move independently. His chest plate seems to be similarly rigged. How would you rig these (simulation, bone-based, script controllers, reaction controllers, something else)?
