hello. i’ve imported low-poly mesh into zbrush and sculpted it. however the mesh was not UV-mapped. is there any way to replace the original mesh on the first subdivision level with the same one but with UV map on it?

If you mean you have that same low poly mesh now outside of Zbrush and you made a UV Map for it, then one solution is to duplicate the subtool, and with that subtool selected import the object with the UVmap.
Then add the same number of subdivisions to it and then project the details from the sculpted version back onto the new one with the UV. Do that by selecting the new uv mapped tool and with the sculpted one visible, use Project/Project All from the subtool palette.
