Renewing my CGSociety account

Hi

I am trying to renew my cg account with the username fareen, but it doesn’t work, this is the message that pops up, “Payment failed (Error 57 - INVALID TRANSACTION)”. Even through pay pal I am not able to pay the amount. My credit card has no issues, I can use it on other sites but cg or paypal. I have tried with different computers with different internet connections and the same problem arises.
Kindly let me know what I can do to fix this problem as I dont want my account to expire.
