Rendering problems

Hey guys,

I can’t solve the problem with my rendering in 3ds Max (Vray) .
As you can see in my screenshot I attached - every time when I try to render my object, the small triangle mesh is appearing. The surface needs to be smooth because it is a garment.
Maybe some of you know how to get rid of this.

Forgot to mention , that I am working with Marvelous Designer and then exporting the garments as OBJ for 3DS Max.
Maybe this is about Marvelous designer export settings, than 3ds Max.
