The models look pretty good but I would change the stance of some of the characters to make it a little more interesting. Changing the platform they’re standing on for each characters “world” type would be cool (ie. rock, grass, water). Adding some textures would help out a lot as well. Not sure of the music either, might want to just be no sound or just have a quiet simple beat in the background.

What kind of job are you going to be applying for? I’m assuming you’re after a character modelling role? Your models look very low res - you are aiming to work in games? To be very frank, while there are some issues with presentation here, the biggest issue, I have to say, is that you need to demonstrate a higher level of skill. The job market is super competitive these days, even at entry level, and I don’t think your current skill level is competitive enough. There are some anatomy issues here and there, and overall your characters are not really exciting or attention-grabbing. I’m sorry to sound so harsh, but to stand out from the crowd these days, your reel needs to have some kind of wow factor, and when it comes to character modelling, it means showing off really detailed, interesting character work that really makes people sit up and take notice. It’s a tough world out there, you really need to push yourself to produce work that’s going to really impress studios.

Also, I agree with the poster above about the music. Lose it. You really don’t need music on a reel, but if you really do want to have some, then rather stick to something ambient and instrumental.
