I insert a bone for a leg, but when I move the IK Solver he moving the whole body and legs together. And the character just rotate entirely, quite wrong.
Iād like to reduce the area of influence of the bone, for this part only moves the part I insert for the especific bone. How to make it?

As per your description i can understand that after completing rig with skin you inserted a joint to a leg
while doing it > you need to do this very care fully select joint and then mesh go to >skinning> Edit skin >Add Influence open this options box there you need to turn on Weight locking tick to Lock weights
then add
now you can paint your newly added joint.
other wise delete history and re bind it.
