Recreating a Corel Painter brush in Photoshop

Hye, I would love to recreate the digital waterpainting brush of Corel Painter 12 in Photoshop ; Painter is just too slow and buggy to work properly, and after using it for years, I’m getting more and more tired of it - whereas photoshop is so much more powerful and stable ! That’s why I would love to be able to recreate my favorite tool in Corel Painter (digital painting) in Photoshop ; here are the few main characteristics I would like to recreate :
