When sending a PM, a window pops up asking if you want to request a read receipt. The 2 options are OK and Cancel. I think this leads people to believe that if they push cancel, the message won’t send. The result is that every single time I get a PM, there is always a read receipt. I don’t think most people really care about this, but they request one out of fear of clicking the Cancel button.
Perhaps some more specific terminology, like Yes and No, or Ok and No would be better.
And yes, I realize I just spent a few minutes of my day complaining about read receipts on a CG forum… going outside now.
