I am using paint effects visor preset “Space.mel”. I’m trying to randomise the tubes position per frame, for this I have placed an expression onto the ‘seed’ function_seed = rand(0,200);. When clicking on random frames in the timeline it’s clear that the expression is working. But when batch rendering or playing back via opengl the scene remains static i.e the seed generated on frame 0 continues to be used for all remaining frames. Is this a known problem or am I missing something in the setup, such as caching.
