Actualy I’m not really satisfied with this idea, so I’m going to draw a couple of other pics. So pictures are coming soon.
I’m thinking about a same creature with little goblins instead of the orc, but i don’t know yet.

Ward I must say that I’m interested on your work since I started doing 3d 2 years ago… And I’m happy to be here to see how this character developpes…
I’m not sure about one thing… Is the Orc riding the Raptor or is him part of the raptor himself? If it’s the second one, I think it’d be more appropiate to make the rapt-Orc with only the orc head…
But it’s just my opinion.

So, yes, the Orc is the part of the raptor, probably the concept pic wasn’t too clear. probably I shouldn’t have drawn that cloth stuff there. I thought if I just draw one head than this looks like a centaur.
Anyway, your concept is great. Reminds me a Brom art. Good work. I’m anxious to see the model! :))

Now I understand better… you’re right about the raptor with only the orc head will look like some kind of centaur… whatever you choose I’m sure it’s going to be great (I know, because I’ve just seen your comercial demo and it’s great).
Oh, and I love Brom’s artwork. It’s just incredible! I supose I have some inspiration from him (and Giger) always.

Here is the background to the concept: These little creatures (what you probably almost can’t see on the pic) are the most wanted race of Middle Earth. They are the Nlaahon thieves. They steal everything what they can, no matter they can use it or not.
No matter how huge is the stuff, or how unless. Once they stole Saruman’s magic wand and Palantir and since then their life have become terrible 
Living on a raptor like creature traveling all time and carry all the stuff what they have already stollen. Usually a whole family is living on this living machines, what they call “Krikkons”.
I try to post a better quality concept soon.

Hehehe. I love the idea of the little thieves living as a modelic family in that pile of stolen useless stuff… Riding a raptor. COOL!!!

Faraguay: Thanks a lot, your words give me power to continue The thieves will be, something like a goblin-ish creatures, (With big eyes :), to see in the dark), and very huge arms, very muscular arms. Usually they use thier arms to move on the useless stuffs and of course it’s very helpful to steal heavy very useful objects.
mdme_sadie: Thanks so much. Sadly I won’t be able to post to much till the end of January. (a other deadline is coming in my job and this makes me :annoyed: , very :annoyed: )
