In the darkest times when man was forming alliances with the Elves before Sauron fell at the hand of man he worked to create the AshenGaurd a new race of defenders minion that would prove an ultimate defernce for him. For the AshenGuard would never see the world beyond Mordor.

Instead they would spend their whole lives guarding the inner sanctums of Sauron’s world. Embued with dark powers the AshenGaurd where beyond the pursuasion of any hand other than their masters. The AshenGuard’s main power came from shared vision. Each could see what the other saw.

They had the hieght of 2 men and a hobbit and the weight of 20 dwarves in full battle dress. If the world of man ever penetrated Sauron’s fortress it would certainly not be easy.

I am still stuggling with all the different things I want on the body but I could ignore my thread any longer.

Its been a busy week at work, but I was bursting to start the head. very much a W.I.P.

Okay so I went to bed at 3am this morning, what can I say, too many verts to pull too little time.


I am struggling with the characters sheer over proportions, I keep placing muscles and tweaking them for what seems like ages.

Another update, still plenty of modelling to do so I’m glad there’s plenty of time left.
I wonder if I’ll be saying that on the 26th of February

I hope you can make the muscles more detailed, and I think you saw it also, legs + back + butt need some attention.

Cool concept.But the details should be added eventually.I think the shoulders are just too big,but that’s just me,I have been wrong before.Anyways I like huge beasts,and this one qualifies as a huge beast.:thumbsup:
