Very nice concepts, I too like the lizard man. When you say you are going to add skin details, does that mean he will be totally be covered with scaly skin? Then this guy would certainly be something to see. I can’t wait.

Excelent base model I think. You should keep more clean your mesh though , if you’re aiming for a 4-vertex-mesh.
I don’t know why (apart for a correct meshsmoothing process) all the polys should be rectangles… This is driving me mad to keep a mesh with rectangular polys. If someone can spread some light about the subject… I’d apreciate.

but… i’ve re-builded the torso, the edge loops were very confusing and difficult to make good musculature… so now i think it’s better and all quads…
i’m now refining it and adding details…
hope you like the progress…
