A thought, if he’s just emerged from the water, wouldn’t he be dripping? also, splashes & ripples around him where the water is falling off of him. maybe also debris from the water (reeds etc hanging off) just to give it a bit more realism?

well it’s chinese new year tomorrow so the holidays had started and now i’ve some time to work on it so hopefully i’ve some updates later today.
we’re looking at the body here… something crappy happened, i forgot to bring the textures back so i gotta redo the textures at home. anyway, here it is, please tell me that it looks wet(a little at least) and slimy. hehe…

well i like how the tentacles turn out now, but still not satisfied with the body’s texture… gonna refine it… so here’s where i’m at now:
